Your statutory rights under EU and UK consumer law apply in addition to the terms below.

14-day right of withdrawal

For standard, non-personalised items, EU/UK consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Contact support@forma-printing.com to start a return.

Personalised goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (custom artwork, names, photos), per the EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16(c). These can only be refunded or replaced if defective or incorrect.

Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or wrong, email support@forma-printing.com within 30 days with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
